If it's free, how do you hold my money?+
Exactly the same way as before. Your payment is processed and held by Stripe, a regulated payment provider, until you confirm the job is complete. Being free changes what we charge — not how your money is protected.
Does the worker really get 100%?+
Yes. A $200 job pays the worker $200. We don't take a commission out of their payout and we don't add a fee to your bill.
What if the job isn't done properly?+
Don't release the payment. Message the worker first; if you can't sort it out, open a dispute and our team steps in. Money stays held until it's resolved.
What if I need to cancel?+
Cancel before a worker starts and the budget is refunded to your card.
